Note: Fees associated with cleaning are only assessed if it is completely obvious that the renter or lessee has intentionally neglected cleaning up stains, cake, food, pop or even tape. All tables and chairs are expected to be mess free prior to pick up and not at time of pick up.
The Duncaroo company will never make a profit if a cleaning fee is assessed. Duncaroos pays a contractor to professionally clean and disenfect all tables and chairs that appear "obviously" neglected and dirtied by the lessee.
